Puller/Packer Industry:
Warehousing & Distribution Schedule:
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
Compensation:
$15.50 - $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
This role is the engine of the fulfillment floor. It is highly physical, fast-paced, and requires a sharp eye for accuracy so the right items get into the right boxes.
Order Picking:
Reading pick sheets or using an RF scanner to navigate the warehouse aisles and pull the correct items/quantities from the shelves.
Quality & Accuracy Check:
Checking items for quality and matching SKU numbers carefully before packing to ensure order accuracy.
Order Packing:
Safely packing items into boxes, adding protective materials (bubble wrap, paper), sealing containers, and applying standard shipping labels.
Aisle Maintenance:
Assisting in restocking shelves and keeping the picking aisles clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications:
Experience:
6 months to 1 year of warehouse pulling, packing, or fulfillment experience. 1-4 years of general experience.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
Ability to handle repetitive bending, reaching, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), and walking several miles a day across the warehouse floor. Attention to detail (matching long SKU numbers accurately) and a sense of urgency. Apply online via employer's website. Must click Apply for more information.
