Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Warehouse Picker Company Overview Pedi Stat, Inc. is a dedicated provider of high-quality Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and supplies specializing in pediatric care. We are committed to delivering exceptional service, education, and support to improve health outcomes for the patients and families we serve. Our operations are conducted in compliance with applicable Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) requirements and Medicaid program standards. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DME Warehouse Picker to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant fulfillment of medical equipment and supply orders. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, reliability, and contributing to the safe delivery of healthcare products that directly support pediatric patient care. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) Verify all medical equipment and supplies for accuracy and condition prior to shipment Stock shelves, receive incoming shipments, and maintain organized inventory Perform quality control checks on all outgoing products Assist with shipping and receiving processes including labeling, packaging, and documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company procedures Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control and order fulfillment Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding order discrepancies or inventory issues Support continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and accuracy Qualifications & Experience Prior warehouse experience in picking, packing, stocking, or distribution required Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME), medical supply, or healthcare logistics preferred Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and quality control procedures Ability to safely lift and move medical equipment and supplies Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Supervisor or lead warehouse experience is a plus Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older High school diploma or GED required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must pass AHCA Level 2 Background Screening Must pass required drug screening prior to employment Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct Must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly as part of job duties English proficiency is required Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, and is dependable and consistent.
