$18.00 per hour

Monday-Friday Shift:
Must be flexible to rotate between shifts as needed: 1st

5:30 AM - 2:15 PM 2nd
Shift:
2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Position Summary The Feeder is responsible for supplying products and recycled materials to the KAM production line while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and ERP system requirements. This position supports efficient production operations by maintaining material accuracy, proper product blending, and production traceability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Verify that the KAM line has been cleared by Quality before beginning production. Scan product labels and verify the correct product is being used according to production specifications before dispensing materials into the KAM equipment. Prevent the mixing of different product types and maintain proper material segregation. Open product boxes carefully to avoid material damage and waste. Feed the required amount of original and recycled product through the KAM product hopper according to approved blending methods and production requirements. Remove, flatten, and properly stack empty boxes according to approved procedures and designated locations. Accurately complete production reports and required documentation while following Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Scan barcodes and complete inventory transactions according to ERP system requirements and procedures. Ensure equipment is properly purged at the end of production runs. Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment to prevent contamination and the introduction of foreign materials into production. Keep work areas free of hazards and comply with all safety procedures. Report any discrepancies, material issues, equipment concerns, or safety hazards to the Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus. Basic computer and barcode scanning skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move materials as required.
