In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step. Your energetic approach will contribute to smooth warehouse operations, timely order fulfillment, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment, utilize warehouse management systems, and develop your skills in materials handling and logistics. Duties Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick orders according to specifications Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely and efficiently Select items from storage locations using order picker equipment while adhering to safety protocols Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit, ensuring proper labeling and documentation Load and unload shipments using appropriate heavy equipment, maintaining a safe working environment Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product condition before dispatch Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including inventory stocking and replenishment tasks Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock and maintaining a clean, organized workspace Experience Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred Hands-on experience with order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and materials handling Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory control Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks Warehouse supervisor experience or leadership roles are a plus for candidates interested in growth opportunities Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse environment Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently and handle physically demanding tasks with efficiency Join our team to be part of a fast-paced environment where your skills in warehouse management, order fulfillment, and materials handling will make a real impact.
