Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Picker/Packer and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that customers receive their products promptly and in perfect condition. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help drive our commitment to exceptional service and seamless warehouse distribution. Duties Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools to load, unload, and move materials safely Conduct order fulfillment activities including stocking shelves, assembling orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch Perform quality control checks to ensure all items are correctly picked, packed securely, and meet company standards Manage shipping & receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments and maintaining accurate records Assist with inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counting using warehouse management systems Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety protocols while handling heavy lifting and materials handling tasks Skills Proven experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other heavy equipment in a warehouse setting Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for efficient order picking and inventory control Excellent mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation and troubleshooting Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety standards during load & unload activities Experience in shipping & receiving processes along with quality control procedures for order accuracy Familiarity with warehouse distribution practices including stocking, order fulfillment, packaging, and order picking Effective communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines Join us today to be part of a vibrant team that values energetic contributions and dedication!
