Warehouse Picker/Packer Ship Velocity Miami, FL Job Details Temporary | Part-time | Full-time From $15.25 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Packing Moving English Attention to detail Warehouse experience Materials handling Picking & packing Full Job Description Order Picker & Packer Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Order Picker & Packer to join our warehouse team. This position involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Employees in this role should be comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the entire shift, including heavy lifting, constant movement, and working in warm warehouse conditions. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory using order sheets & pick tickets Pack and prepare orders securely for shipment and delivery Label completed packages and stage orders for carrier pickup Safely handle heavy and oversized products throughout the workday Maintain speed and accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and organized Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to management Assist with inventory organization, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties as needed Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry heavy items up to 50-75 lbs. Frequent walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movement throughout the shift Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment, including hot temperatures Ability to perform physical labor at a consistent pace during the entire shift Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or order picking experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting Work Environment Warehouse/distribution center environment Fast-paced setting with daily productivity expectations Non-air-conditioned warehouse conditions that may become hot, especially during warmer months Physically active role involving continuous movement and lifting throughout the day Schedule Monday-Friday Possibility for over time during busier days/weeks (especially during holiday season) Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
