Job Description
Job Summary About Us Surpass Refreshments is a fast-growing vending, smart store, and micro market company serving businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels, and recreational facilities throughout Southwest Florida. We take pride in providing modern refreshment solutions and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an energetic and dependable Order Picker/Warehouse Associate to join our team and help prepare daily orders for our route drivers. What You'll Do Pick and prepare daily product orders for vending machines, smart stores, and micro markets. Build and organize orders by route using totes, carts, and pallet locations. Verify product quantities and ensure all orders are accurate before drivers depart. Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices. Replenish pick locations from reserve inventory. Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking products. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse. Perform inventory counts and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies. Help load route vehicles when needed. Work in cooler and freezer areas for short periods. What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision. Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous warehouse, stocking, merchandising, or order-picking experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 50 pounds. Experience using pallet jacks or warehouse equipment is a plus. Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Paid holidays. Company uniforms provided.
