Pickle Packer Summary :

Freedom Pickles USA is seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to assist with the preparation, packing, and processing of our handcrafted pickled products. Team members will help maintain product quality, food safety standards, and efficient production flow in our kitchen and packaging operations.

Responsibilities:

Packing and labeling jars of pickled products Assisting with cucumber processing and canning operations Washing, cutting, and preparing produce for pickling Measuring ingredients and assisting with brine preparation Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment Organizing finished product for storage or shipment Assisting with general production and packaging tasks as needed

Requirements:

Able to lift and carry 40-60 pounds multiple times during a shift Able to stand for extended periods Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as packing jars and cutting produce Drivers License required for travel 18 years old due to hazardous occupation Company conducts drug screen and background check Preferred Qualifications Previous food production or kitchen experience preferred (not required) Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail Work ethic and reliability Ability to work well as part of a team
