Shipping Picker Job Description This role is responsible for supporting daily shipping operations, including order picking, packing, labeling, and assisting with outbound shipments. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle physical demands throughout the shift. Responsibilities Select parts and materials for customer orders based on instructions provided through the computer system. Accurately pack items into boxes to ensure safe and secure shipment. Label packages correctly according to shipping requirements. Verify order accuracy before shipment to maintain quality standards. Assist with loading trucks and moving materials within the shipping area as needed. Essential Skills Experience in packing, picking, and order picking. Ability to use the computer for data entry and shipping & receiving tasks. Proficiency with RF scanners. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in loading, unloading, and receiving. Forklift operation skills. Ability to load products onto trucks. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with a first shift schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
