Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Packager to support daily operations. In this role, you will prepare customer products for shipment, ensure proper packaging, and follow direction from Line Leads and Quality Leads. This position requires strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all company safety standards. Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods Must follow all PPE requirements (steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, safety vest, etc.) Key Responsibilities Perform daily tasks in compliance with company, customer, and regulatory safety standards Complete pre-operation safety checks on equipment, documenting findings and reporting issues to leadership Use pick sheets, customer orders, and facility systems to identify items for movement and shipment Remove products from designated locations manually or with powered equipment Ensure accurate, efficient, and safe packaging of all customer products
