Job Description
Our firm is partnering with a top medical manufacturer to hire a reliable Packaging Associate. This is a hands-on, first-shift role preparing finished products for shipment. We need a dependable doer who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured manufacturing plant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pack manufactured parts and finished products safely into shipping containers. Inspect all items before packing to ensure they are clean, undamaged, and meet quality standards. Label packages correctly and document packed inventory for tracking purposes. Use a computer to enter packing data, update system logs, and verify order accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation to keep production moving efficiently.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Background in packaging, shipping, or assembly within a manufacturing environment.
Computer Skills:
Comfortable navigating basic software and entering data accurately. Attention to
Detail:
Strong focus on checking product quality and matching part numbers.
Traits:
Excellent communication skills, a consistent work history, and great reliability.
