This job posting is for an on-site position at our warehouse in Orlando, Florida. Please do not apply if you are unable to reliably commute to and from this location. Position Purpose and Objectives The Fulfillment Specialist fulfills all shipping orders in an accurate and timely manner. This individual strives to achieve department and company goals & objectives in service, branding, sales and productivity. Essential Job Functions Fulfills, quality checks, packages, and ships all phone, fax, and website orders accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner Assembles product ensuring highest quality and accuracy Meets and exceeds company standards and productivity goals on a consistent basis Consistently follows standard operational procedures Consistently demonstrates a sense of urgency and an action-oriented attitude to achieve results Communicates solutions, suggestions, and ideas to management in order to continually improve our products, service, and operations Actively participates and supports company safety and security standards at all times Cross-trains with other department members for maximum flexibility Performs all other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Strong attention to detail Ability to read and understand various documents, forms, and reports Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide Effective communication skills Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude Able to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and leadership Must be able to maintain accuracy with attention to detail while multitasking Working Conditions Must be able to stand for entire shift and be able to walk and move freely around work areas Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, twist, and turn with complete flexibility Must be able to push/pull/manipulate a rolling pallet jack with weights up to 600 lbs Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted; 75 lbs. with assistance Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent
