This is a part-time role of between 8-16 hours per week, making candles. This typically involves; wicking, labelling, packing and pouring candles. We can be flexible on which days are chosen. (excluding. weekend working) The person will be our resident backup for personalization of product and work on this typically once a month. Therefore

• must have excellent attention to detail. This is a fast paced work setting. What is Soy & Sass? Soy & Sass is a small (team of 3-6), but growing candle company based in Downtown St Petersburg. We focus on retail sales via online & are building up our wholesale presence in 2026. Our environment is fast-paced; small & personable
• we like to maintain a positive working environment whilst hitting daily targets on a daily and weekly basis. Ego's & bad vibes are left at the front door! As a Packer / Production Worker for Soy & Sass
• you will be responsible for manufacturing candles, diffusers & packing them ready to go out for on pallets. This role requires an individual who can work at a fast pace & meet shift goals within preparation, production & packaging. The candidate must be able to start work at 8.30am

00pm Monday through Friday. What does an average day look like?

Manufacturing Candles :

setup tables ready for pouring & pouring of candles

Packing Candles:

packing candles in gift boxes ready to go out

Work in a friendly, team environment with a focus on driving production This is a fast-paced work setting What type of person we're looking for: Must have good hand dexterity & hand-eye coordination Can-do, roll-up your sleeves, hard-working & positive attitude Able to work at naturally fast-paced work speed Maintain an organized & clean work environment Comfortable having & meeting targets Physically fit, ability to lift 50lbs with ease & stand for 7.5 hours Comfortable in a warehouse / packing environment: experience using pallet jacks, forklift a benefit What do we offer?
