Phillips Manufacturing is the one-stop shop for drywall finishing accessories, lath, stucco accessories, metal channels, interior framing, and fire-rated assemblies with facilities around the country. A Packer is to pack product and maintaining continuity of operation at maximum production consistent with proper safety and quality requirements.

Read work orders or follow oral instructions to determine appropriate work to be completed.

Reporting:

Produce LegibleAccurate Production Reports.

Packaging:

Place finished product with correct labeling on skids according to production requirement

Agility:

Fast-Paced Environment. Walk, stand, bend, and twist for long periods of time. Repetitive Movement.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 55lbs continuously throughout shift.

Housekeeping:

Maintain cleanliness of rolling mill equipment, it's components and surrounding area.

Reliability:

Ensure to adhere to Attendance Policy.

Safety:

Abide by all Safety Protocol and wear proper safety attire at all times.
