Spherion has openings for Warehouse Packers to join a nation wide manufacturer located in Umatilla. This is a hands-on role in a hot, non-climate-controlled warehouse where you will be responsible for packing vinyl trim products efficiently and accurately. As a Packer , you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by ensuring the safe and efficient packaging of the finished flooring products. The ideal candidate will possess the physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs., a keen attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions meticulously. 2nd shift Monday to Friday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, pay rate $16.75 per hour 3rd shift Monday to Friday 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, pay rate is $17.00 per hour Mandatory overtime : Employees must be available for 4-hour overtime increments either before or after their scheduled shift.

Responsibilities:

Packing materials in boxes or onto pallets, Boxing/counting inventory. Attention to detail is very important. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitively. basis.

Qualifications:

To qualify for these positions you MUST show yourself to be a motivated and driven candidate. Steel Toed Boots are required. Drug screens are required for all qualified candidates who made a conditional offer. This is a smoke/vape-free facility and no smoking on facility property will be tolerated
