This is a hands-on role in a hot, non-climate-controlled warehouse where you will be responsible for packing vinyl trim products efficiently and accurately. As a Packer, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by ensuring the safe and efficient packaging of the finished flooring products. The ideal candidate will possess the physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs., a keen attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions meticulously.

2nd shift Monday to Friday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, pay rate is $16.75 per hour 3rd shift Monday to Friday 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, pay rate is $17.00 per hour Mandatory overtime: Employees must be available for 4-hour overtime increments either before or after their scheduled shift.

• Packaging and Inspection:

  Carefully handle and package finished flooring products according to established quality standards.

  Conduct visual inspections to identify and report any defects or discrepancies in the products. ...

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and report any shortages or overages.

Working hours:

3:00 PM

Skills:

• Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not required
• Great work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
• Willingness to cross-train and gain additional warehouse skills

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a hot, non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Attention to detail to ensure quality packing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be reliable and able to maintain good attendance
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
• Must wear steel-toed boots at all times
