Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Picker/Packer and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that every customer receives their products on time and in perfect condition. Your expertise in warehouse management systems, heavy equipment operation, and materials handling will help streamline our order fulfillment process. Duties Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to meet daily targets Pack products securely, ensuring quality control and proper packaging standards are maintained Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and effectively Load and unload shipments using appropriate mechanical knowledge and heavy equipment operation skills Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system (WMS) and assist with stock replenishment Participate in shipping & receiving activities, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy Support warehouse distribution processes by stocking shelves, organizing materials handling tasks, and assisting with order fulfillment Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and stock management Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking accuracy Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, with proper certification preferred Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment is a plus Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or overseeing warehouse processes is advantageous Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and extended periods of standing or walking Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality control and accurate order fulfillment Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
