Picker/Packer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong materials handling skills, and experience with warehouse management systems. This position plays a vital role in maintaining smooth warehouse distribution operations and supporting order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and verify products for customer orders Pack items securely according to shipping specifications while maintaining quality control standards Assist in shipping and receiving activities by loading and unloading shipments efficiently Maintain organized stock levels through proper stocking, inventory management, and order picking procedures Ensure proper mechanical handling of materials during loading/unloading to prevent damage Support warehouse supervisor with daily operations related to order fulfillment and warehouse distribution Conduct quality checks on packed items to ensure accuracy before dispatch Follow safety protocols during heavy equipment operation and materials handling tasks Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or related roles Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for efficient order processing Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment tasks Physical capability for heavy lifting and load/unload activities throughout shifts Prior experience with warehouse supervisor responsibilities is advantageous but not mandatory Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations within a warehouse environment If you are committed to accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse setting, we encourage you to apply.
