Job Description

We are looking for motivated, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse operations team as an Order Picker . As an Order Picker , you will play a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment while maintaining high productivity, quality standards, and workplace safety. What You'll Be Doing As part of our warehouse team, your responsibilities will include: Order Fulfillment & Productivity Pick daily customer orders assigned by the Floor Supervisor accurately and efficiently Maintain a consistent minimum pick rate of 30 cases per hour while ensuring accuracy Prepare orders for shipment while meeting daily operational deadlines Equipment & Warehouse Operations Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment assigned to you on a daily basis Properly handle and maintain assigned RF scanners and printers , ensuring equipment remains free from damage Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks as required Quality Control Ensure all products meet company quality standards before dispatch Keep brown packing tape readily available and patch small packaging holes or tears when necessary to maintain product quality Warehouse Maintenance & Organization Take ownership of your designated workspace by maintaining cleanliness of your assigned warehouse aisle Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment at all times Problem Solving & Administrative Support Troubleshoot operational issues and raise concerns immediately when problems occur within the workflow Complete administrative and tracking tasks as needed to support daily warehouse operations Assist with inventory accuracy and operational documentation when required Team Support Perform all other duties assigned by the Warehouse Shipping Lead Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations and support a positive work environment What We're Looking For Qualifications Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred Familiarity with RF scanners, shipping and receiving procedures, and warehouse workflows Previous supervisory experience is a plus but not required Physical Requirements Ability to safely lift and maneuver products weighing up to 100 pounds Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting throughout the entire shift Ability and willingness to work at heights of up to 40 feet while safely operating warehouse equipment Mechanical troubleshooting skills for warehouse equipment are a strong advantage Work Standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strict adherence to workplace safety procedures and company quality standards Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset Why You'll Love Working Here We believe our employees are a major part of our growth story.
