Job Description & Duties:

Ensure the continuous flow of raw materials to the production line, accurately reporting production data and documenting all materials consumed. Nurture a safe, kind, respectful, and competitive environment. Accurately documenting the use of goods. Including lot and Item numbers. Working with packaging and production crews to prepare and stage material needed for the current process. Printing Labels. Recording the Lot numbers and quantities of all material used. Understanding of duties required of a Packaging Technician, and subbing in for that position when necessary. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts to transport raw materials within the facility. Coordinating with warehouse personnel to ensure inventory accuracy, and production efficiency. Assist with inventory checks and material replenishment as needed. Sustaining cleanliness of packaging area. Adhere to GMPs, health, and safety guidelines as outlined in quality and food safety procedures. Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education - High School education or GED preferred. Ability to operate the inline bagger. (Matrix) Forklift Certified. Follow all safety and food safety policies and procedures.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 2:45 PM to 3:15 AM, occasional shortened shifts on Thursday(s). No weekends or Holidays.

Training Schedule:

MUST be able to train during 1st shift for the first couple of months. The training schedule will be Monday through Thursday, 3:45 AM to 3:15 PM. Once candidate trained, they will transition to night shift as indicated in work schedule above.
