7:00am-5:00pm M-F We're looking for dependable team members to run equipment, prepare materials, and package finished products in a clean, fast-moving environment. • Operate production equipment such as mixers, baggers, or palletizers
• Measure and prepare materials according to product specifications
• Monitor production lines to maintain consistent quality
• Package, label, and palletize finished goods
• Assist with staging materials for production runs
• Work with forklift operators to move raw and finished product
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report issues
• Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean work area and support sanitation tasks

Production Requirements:

• Prior production or warehouse experience preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Ability to work in warm, dusty, or noisy environments
• Regular lifting of 50 pounds; occasional lifting of 100+ pounds
