Mason City Job Summary Curries is seeking dependable and hardworking Production / Material Handling Associates to assist with the movement, packaging, and preparation of heavy metal doors within a manufacturing environment. Employees will be responsible for safely handling doors, banding, labeling, wrapping, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining production and safety standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lift, carry, and move heavy metal doors throughout the production and shipping areas Band, wrap, and label finished products for shipment Stack and organize materials in designated staging areas Assist with loading and unloading product as needed Inspect doors and packaging for damage or quality concerns Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Perform other general labor and warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for extended periods Strong attendance and reliability required Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Frequently lift up to 50+ pounds Continuous standing and walking during shift Repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying Ability to work in varying temperatures within a manufacturing facility Schedule & Environment Full-time opportunities available Overtime may be required based on production needs Industrial manufacturing environment with moving equipment and heavy materials
