Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cheese Packaging Worker and become a vital part of the food manufacturing process! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging high-quality cheese products while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to cleanliness will ensure our products meet FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills in manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse operations will shine. Duties Operate packaging machinery and equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), to ensure smooth production flow Prepare cheese products for packaging by assembling, labeling, and sealing packages accurately Follow all FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines to maintain product safety and quality standards Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation protocols and safety procedures Assist with warehouse activities such as inventory management, forklift operation, and material handling Conduct routine inspections of packaging lines and perform assembly tasks as needed to support production goals Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools for assembly and maintenance tasks Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in manufacturing equipment operation Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP standards relevant to food production environments Experience with packaging processes within a manufacturing setting, especially in the food industry Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a warehouse or production environment Previous warehouse experience that includes inventory control and material handling Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions Join us in creating top-quality cheese products while building your career in a lively, safety-focused environment! Pay:
$17.50 - $21.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
