Full Job Description Packaging Associate Pay:
$16-$16.50Schedule:

Accurately complete receiving documentation for all raw materials and packaging, noting any damages at the time of receipt Verify purchase orders against bills of lading and assign KPFI lot numbers to each pallet Ensure proper inventory rotation using FIFO (first expiring, first out) Report any issues with ingredients or finished goods to the Supervisor and Quality Control team daily Use RF scanners to pick, stage, and store materials efficiently Load and unload trucks as directed Prepare and stack materials for outbound shipments Inspect trailers for cleanliness and quality using the BB Trailer Inspection form Communicate any shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor or clerks Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, keeping aisles free of debris, pallets, and boxes Complete forklift inspection logs and ensure proper battery charging and water levels Maintain accurate receiving and shipping records Generate monthly disposal reports Perform monthly and annual physical inventory counts as directed by management Why work for Advance Services, Inc.: People-focused company dedicated to your success Quick and easy application process No fees—ever Weekly pay Safety and attendance incentives Health benefits for you and your family Paid time off (PTO) Referral bonus opportunities Partnerships with top companies in the Chicagoland area Family-owned company culture Apply today by clicking the apply button and selecting the Plainfield branch on our website.
