In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products, packing orders securely, and preparing shipments for delivery. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will ensure high-quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations and heavy equipment handling within a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Efficiently pick items to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit Operate heavy equipment such as, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and effectively Load and unload shipments with precision, ensuring proper handling of materials and adherence to safety protocols Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying inbound and outbound shipments through warehouse management systems Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy, product integrity, and compliance with company standards Assist in stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and maintaining organized storage areas for optimal warehouse distribution efficiency Skills Proven experience operating, forklifts, pallet jacks, and heavy equipment in a warehouse environment Experience in shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, picking & packing processes Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly while maintaining proper ergonomic techniques for safety Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols, quality control standards, and materials handling procedures Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills to ensure accurate order processing Join us in delivering exceptional service through efficient warehouse operations!
