Job Description

We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Equipment Packer in Des Plaines, IL! About DO & CO We have a passion for hospitality culinary delights on every elevated floor and in the sky. With our three business segments, Airline Catering, International Event Catering, Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world. We operate in 33 locations, 12 countries and 3 Continents, maintaining the highest standard of quality in both our products and services. We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly - sometimes beyond our own expectations.
Responsibilities:
Receive, store and assemble equipment and supplies according to airline specification. Ensure exact number of Equipment and Beverage is always accurately packed and ready for each flight. Ensure all stocks received and replenishments are documented properly. Conduct inventory of assigned areas as needed. Performs daily cleaning functions of all production and non-production areas as required by necessity. Inspect all chinaware, silverware, plastic ware and all equipment used on a daily basis and verify each flight before trolleys are sealed. Comply with hygiene, quality and safety standards always. Prepare correct paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing according to company guidelines Accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to Food Safety regulations. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Able to manage through a substantial workload Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment Able to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
