• 6:15 AM This role supports a high-volume packaging operation in a cleanroom production environment.

You'll operate packaging equipment, inspect products for quality and labeling accuracy, and help keep production running smoothly. Ideal for someone comfortable with repetitive work who takes pride in consistency and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include operating packaging machinery, performing traying-on and traying-off, moving pallets, following SOPs, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Production runs at high speed, averaging 150-400 units per minute.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move up to 80 lbs Comfort working on fast-paced, repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance for 2nd or 3rd shift Packers work in a structured, safety-focused cleanroom environment with steady hours and hands-on experience using modern packaging equipment.
