$20.75/hour ($19.00 base pay + $1.75 shift differential)

Contract What's a typical day as a Packer?

You'll:

Pick, pack, and prepare products according to established procedures Verify product accuracy and inspect items for quality standards Label, sort, and organize products for shipment and distribution Follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Meet daily production and quality goals Assist with inventory handling and material movement as needed Work collaboratively with team members to support operational success This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have previous warehouse, packing, manufacturing, or distribution experience Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment Are comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards Have strong organizational and time management skills Can follow written and verbal instructions Are dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Work well independently and as part of a team Nice-to-have skills: Previous pick-and-pack experience Experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory processes Knowledge of workplace safety and quality procedures
