Pick/Pack - North Aurora At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Shift patterns 1st shift Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Pay rates 17.00 USD hourly Requirements for Pick/Pack Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs periodically during the shift Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes Role for Pick/Pack Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the shift while remaining on your feet Handle items carefully to avoid damage to products Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines while prioritizing safety and punctuality Benefits for Pick/Pack Opportunity to work in a professional and organized warehouse environment Consistent Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off Clear performance expectations and a team-oriented culture
