This role is essential to the supply chain, ensuring that customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently for timely delivery. Shift patterns 2nd shift: Thursday to Monday, 4 pm to 12:30 am Pay rates 18.00 USD hourly Essential requirements for Pick/Pack Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes Role tasks for Pick/Pack Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery Ensure all items are packaged correctly and placed in the proper containers Handle products with care to avoid damage during the packing process Maintain a consistent pace while adhering to safety protocols and daily deadlines Collaborate with team members to ensure daily work goals are met Benefits for Pick/Pack Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment Consistent work schedule with clear performance expectations Collaborative team atmosphere
