We are located in Paxton, IL 30 miles north of Champaign, IL.
Hand Pack Line Team Member HOURS:
6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday $15.00/hr. Full-time Ideal applicants should be able to consistently: Show up for scheduled shifts with minimal attendance issues Follow all policies, with special attention to adhere to our health, hygiene, dress code and good manufacturing policies. Perform daily repetitive actions on the line such as weighing, packing, sealing. Follow production plans to assist the team in achieving daily goals. Ability to work both with minimal instruction as well as cohesively with a team. Other duties as assigned.
Applicants must demonstrate:
Common sense Basic reading and comprehension skills. Ability to stay motivated while working solo or with a team. Ability to stand in one spot for much of your shift. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work in an environment with varying noise levels & temperatures.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Thehe ideal applicant will also be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, and noise. Full mobility is required in this position as you will regularly be required to stand for lengths of time. You may also be occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, crouch or crawl. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and can be heard, as needed, over the noise.
