Order Picker/Packer

In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step. Duties Accurately pick orders using RF scanners, to locate products within the warehouse Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials, ensuring products are protected during transit Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy, proper labeling, and damage-free items Assist with warehouse distribution tasks such as inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation to optimize storage efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and stock management would be a plus, but we will train the right person. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order fulfillment accuracy a plus, but we will train. Experience with warehouse responsibilities or leadership roles is a plus but not required Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and load/unload goods repeatedly throughout shifts Excellent attention to detail for quality control and order accuracy Prior experience in warehouse distribution or logistics environments preferred but not required. Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
