Job Description

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
The Sparck Inductor Processor is responsible for accurately inducting, scanning, and verifying products into the Sparck automated packaging system. This role ensures the efficient flow of materials and supports outbound processing while meeting established standards for safety, accuracy, quality, and productivity. Accurate processing and shipping of product Ensure all items are scanned accurately into the system using RF scanner Verify that product information on-screen matches the physical item before processing Maintain continuous flow of materials to keep the Sparck machine running efficiently Identify parcels that do not meet processing requirements (size, weight, damage, incorrect labeling) and escalate per procedure Provide timely feedback to supervisors regarding errors, packaging issues, or processing irregularities Must wear all required PPE and follow company entanglement policy Follow the Saint-Gobain Golden Rules of safety and all OSHA standards, reporting concerns to the supervisor
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
1 Year Relevant work experience in a warehouse setting Ability to read and effectively communicate in English, count accurately, perform simple math, and write legibly. Ability to lift 30 pounds consistently, up to 50 pounds occasionally Familiarity with voice picking and/or radio frequency equipment is beneficial Ability to tolerate exposure to modest amounts of heat, cold, dust, noise, and vibrations. Ability to maintain a high level of frequency & intensity in other physical activities including, but not limited to reaching, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, stooping, kneeling & crouching.
