In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and packaging products to meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced production setting. Key Responsibilities Inspect and pack products according to company and customer specifications Stack and organize products from production lines onto pallets efficiently Perform visual quality checks to ensure standards are met Use required tools to periodically inspect products Complete production, quality, and product identification paperwork accurately Communicate effectively with team members regarding orders, quality, and workflow Assist with production line operations as needed (with training) Maintain a clean work area by removing scrap materials and debris Follow all safety policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable with strong attendance Why Join Us?
