  • 10:30 PM Position Overview Our client is seeking trial-to-hire candidates for a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join their production and shipping team in Bristol IN.
. This role is responsible for scanning finished products, inspecting wood panels for quality, organizing and stacking materials onto skids, and building customized pallet patterns based on each client's requirements.
  • Key Responsibilities QC Responsibilities
  • Inspect wood panels for defects, accuracy, and overall quality before packaging
  • Verify measurements, finish, and craftsmanship meet standards
  • Document and tag any products that do not meet requirements
  • Communicate quality issues to leads or supervisors Packaging Responsibilities
  • Scan finished products to ensure accurate tracking and inventory control
  • Stack wood panels on skids according to client-specific stacking patterns
  • Follow detailed instructions to build stable, precise, and organized pallets
  • Verify labels, counts, and packaging accuracy before shipment
  • Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled work areas
  • Communicate discrepancies or concerns to team leads
  • Follow all company safety and production procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and packaging goals
  • Qualifications
  • Packaging, QC, or warehouse experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
  • Ability to use handheld scanners or basic technology (training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to lift, stack, inspect, and move materials throughout the shift
  • Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
  • Pay:
    $19.50
  • $20.
