Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure precise fulfillment. Pack items securely using appropriate materials and techniques to prevent damage during transit. Load and unload shipments Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, clamp trucks, and cranes safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse. Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, recording data accurately, and maintaining detailed logs. Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, cycle counts, and organizing warehouse storage areas. Support warehouse supervision by adhering to safety protocols, mechanical knowledge requirements, and proper materials handling procedures.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse distribution or similar roles with a focus on order picking and packing. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, shipping & receiving procedures. Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting regularly throughout shifts. Previous experience working in a logistics environments is a plus. Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
