6am-6pm $17.75 6pm-6am $18.50 Job Overview We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Kitting Operator to join a climate-controlled production facility on the Westside of Indianapolis. Associates will work in a fast-paced environment preparing and packaging kits while maintaining quality and production standards. Responsibilities Pick and package products using a light-guided picking system Scan and label products accurately using handheld scanners Verify lot numbers and expiration dates Place completed kits into totes for production line processing Maintain production and quality standards Follow all safety procedures and work instructions Keep work area clean and organized Work independently and as part of a team Requirements Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and procedures Must be reliable with good attendance Ability to climb stairs throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Weekend availability required Ability to stand for long periods Facility Perks Climate-controlled warehouse maintained around 70 degrees year-round Paid lunch and breaks totaling 1 hour and 10 minutes Cafeteria available for 1st shift Night shift access to Company Kitchen micro-market ATM onsite Opportunities for advancement and promotions Many employees reach $20/hour within one year based on performance #SP123
