Headline Description:

The Warehouse Picker/Packer is a skilled, full-time role that will support the company by picking and packing orders for Lessgistics' e-commerce clients. You will use our class-leading WMS (warehouse management system) for daily picking and packing activities. All picking at Lessgistics is at the person level and does not require any special mechanical order pickers or machinery. Picking is done via ipad with pick carts.

Key Function:

Ensuring orders are picked and packed in the most efficient manner possible. Accuracy and speed are both equally as important

Responsibilities:

Managing daily outbound shipments via pick/pack/ship process for e-commerce clients Processing returns via the WMS for e-commerce clients Ensure SLAs for accounts are met by continuously prioritizing all work Assisting subscription box kitting and Amazon prep as needed or directed. WMS Qualifications:

Must maintain a positive attitude at all times Must have a High School diploma/GED Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to continuously multi-task Must have strong and professional communication skills Warehouse/Logistics Experience Preferred Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
