Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Order Picker, where your energy and precision will drive our order fulfillment process. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring timely delivery to our customers. This position offers an engaging environment where safety, quality, and productivity are at the forefront of everything we do. Duties Accurately pick and fulfill customer orders using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and established procedures. Pull, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse using equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks while following all safety guidelines. Pack products securely for shipment in accordance with company packaging standards and quality control requirements. Follow work instructions and established processes to ensure order accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Perform warehouse tasks efficiently and promptly to meet daily operational goals and shipping deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards. Assist with inventory control activities, cycle counts, and other warehouse functions as needed. Collaborate with team members and support daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and customer service. Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and operational best practices. Skills Self-motivated, dependable, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Proven experience with order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and warehouse distribution operations. Proficiency with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory control processes. Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks. Strong understanding of materials handling, inventory management, and warehouse safety procedures. Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions with a high degree of accuracy. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control and order accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and contribute effectively as part of a team. Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, perform repetitive tasks, and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
