Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Packaging Associates to join our team. This is a physically demanding position that requires employees to work on their feet for the entire shift while packaging products, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining production standards. Candidates must have recent experience in a physically demanding work environment to be considered. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Package and prepare products according to customer and company specifications. Lift, move, stack, and organize materials throughout the shift. Count, label, and inspect products prior to packaging and shipment. Perform repetitive bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and lifting. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and quality standards. Assist with loading, palletizing, and preparing finished products for shipment. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift (8-12 hours). Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, and twisting. Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds independently. Occasional lifting of heavier items as part of a team lift. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Qualifications Recent experience in a physically demanding position is required. Manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, construction, landscaping, shipping/receiving, or other labor-intensive experience preferred. Strong attendance and reliability. Ability to follow instructions and work safely. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
