Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Finished Product Packer to join our team in Valparaiso, IN. This is a physically demanding role that involves closing liners, taping boxes, adjusting weights on bags, and loading them onto pallets. The ideal candidate will be proficient with a bag hoist and capable of consistently lifting 55 lbs. Skills Required Frequent lifting (34-66% of the workday), up to 55 lbs. repeatedly Constant standing (66-100% of the workday) Frequent stair climbing (approximately 3 flights, up to 12 times per day) Frequent overhead reaching (34-66% of the workday) Continuous use of upper extremities (67-100% of the workday) Ability to safely operate forklifts Comfortable working on grated flooring at heights of up to three stories Strong attention to safety and detail Mechanical aptitude is an asset Ability to work independently and as part of a team
