Masis Staffing is looking for warehouse / production associates: 1st shift $16/hr 2nd and 3rd shift $16.50/hr Position Summary The Light Industrial Laborer supports daily production, packaging, and warehouse operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role performs a variety of tasks including material handling, machine support, packing, and shipping/receiving activities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are produced, handled, and shipped safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards. The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, and able to work across multiple functions as business needs require. Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks across production and warehouse operations as assigned
• Pack finished goods into cases, label, and prepare for shipment
• Stack and organize products on pallets safely and efficiently
• Inspect materials and finished goods for quality and report issues
• Support production line operations including feeding materials and basic machine assistance
• Assist with line setup, changeovers, and cleaning as needed
• Verify shipments and materials against documentation when required
• Maintain accurate and organized work areas in compliance with safety and GMP standards
• Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
• Assist with inventory, material movement, and stock organization
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain workflow Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise, and machinery #NRTR3
