Job Summary:

We are hiring for a Returns position. The associate will be responsible for processing returned items, scanning and labeling each item to determine its condition (good/defective), entering results into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and returning sellable product to the appropriate shelf location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and sort returned merchandise
• Scan and label items, assessing condition (sellable vs. non-sellable)
• Enter all return data accurately into the WMS
• Restock approved items to the correct shelf locations
• Maintain a clean and organized returns area

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic computer/scanner skills
• Attention to detail
