Paducah, KY Job Summary Global Wine and Spirits is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and physically active Warehouse Picker & Delivery Driver to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be the engine of our supply chain, ensuring our multiple retail store locations are fully stocked. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse to pull specific bottles and heavy cases of inventory, accurately assembling orders, and physically transporting and unloading those orders at our various locations. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment:

Accurately pick and pull inventory—ranging from individual bottles to full, heavy cases of wine and spirits—based on daily store order invoices.

Order Staging:

Assemble, organize, and securely palletize or pack orders to prevent breakage during transit.

Transportation & Delivery:

Safely drive company delivery vehicles to transport stock to multiple retail locations on a set schedule.

Unloading & Store Support:

Physically unload heavy cases and bottles at each destination, ensuring the inventory is correctly checked in and safely stored at the retail location.

Heavy Lifting:

Safely and consistently lift, carry, and maneuver heavy cases (up to 50+ lbs) throughout the shift, both in the warehouse and on location.

Inventory Management:

Help sort and organize incoming inventory to ensure the warehouse remains efficient and easy to navigate.

Quality Control:

Double-check pulled items against order lists to eliminate discrepancies before they leave the warehouse.

Requirements Driving Credentials:

Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. Experience driving delivery vehicles (e.g., box trucks or cargo vans) is a plus.

Physical Stamina:

Must be able to consistently lift, push, pull, and carry heavy boxes and cases (up to 50+ lbs) on a daily basis.
