Job Description We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Picker and Packer. In this role, you will be responsible for packing boxes according to a packing list and box size, and working at a packing station to pack products into boxes, weigh them, tape and label them, and place them onto a pallet for shipment. You will rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks throughout the day, ensuring variety in your work. Experience with machine operation is beneficial, as you may need to operate a steady type of packing machine. Responsibilities Pack boxes according to a packing list and box size. Work at a packing station to pack products into boxes. Weigh, tape, and label boxes. Place boxes onto a pallet for shipment. Rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks. Operate a packing machine as needed. Essential Skills Ability to work well with others. High school education. Ideally 6 months of experience in warehouse, picking, or packing. Additional Skills & Qualifications Good communication skills. Safety conscious. Ability to follow written work instructions in English. Must be able to pass a safety test after watching a safety video. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
