Picker & Packer Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Picker & Packer to join our first-shift warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack products based on packing lists Weigh, label, and securely seal boxes Palletize completed orders safely and efficiently Rotate between packing, labeling, and palletizing tasks Follow work instructions and safety procedures Operate packing equipment as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent 6+ months of warehouse or packing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Ability to follow written instructions in English Safety-focused and reliable

Work Schedule & Environment:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Clean, organized warehouse setting Requires standing, lifting, and use of protective equipment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
