What You'll Do Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Package and label products for shipment Identify and report defects or quality concerns Verify product specifications using measuring tools and inspection equipment Complete quality and production documentation Maintain lot traceability and product identification Support production teams in maintaining high quality standards Assist with inventory and material handling as needed Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Keep your work area clean and organized What We're Looking For Manufacturing experience preferred but not required Quality inspection or packaging experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Good organizational skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow written instructions and procedures Basic math and measurement skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion Why Work at Super Brush?
