Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and correctly. This position plays a vital role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations, supporting order fulfillment, and upholding quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong materials handling skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely. Key responsibilities include efficiently picking items using RF scanners and order picker equipment, packing products securely to prevent damage during transit, and managing shipping and receiving processes. You will also be involved in stock replenishment, inventory control, and quality checks to ensure that all items meet company standards. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are paramount. Responsibilities Select items from inventory using RF scanners and order picker machinery to fulfill customer orders accurately Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely and effectively Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe delivery Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Manage shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments against purchase orders Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system Conduct quality control checks on picked items to ensure order accuracy and product integrity Assist with stock replenishment by stocking shelves systematically for easy access Support warehouse distribution tasks by organizing products for efficient storage and retrieval Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency Experience Proven experience in warehouse operations such as picking & packing, order fulfillment, or stock management Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanner technology Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar machinery Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and materials handling best practices Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely Prior experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on accuracy and quality control Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and load/unload tasks Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus for understanding operational workflows If you are committed to precision, safety, and efficiency in a warehouse setting, we encourage you to apply today.
