Warehouse Picker and Packer Job Description This role involves accurately selecting products from inventory, packing and labeling shipments, and preparing orders for delivery to healthcare providers nationwide. It is a hands-on position, requiring attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. All tasks are performed manually using carts and RF scanners, with no need for forklifts or other heavy equipment. While previous warehouse experience is preferred, training will be provided. Responsibilities Select products from inventory with precision. Pack and label shipments accurately. Prepare orders for delivery to healthcare providers. Perform manual tasks using carts and RF scanners. Essential Skills Attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Commitment to accuracy. 6 months of experience in warehouse, picking, or cycle counting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving. Work Environment The position involves two main schedules: Picking from 1600 to 0030 am and Shipping/Audit from 1800 to 0230 am, Monday to Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bainbridge, MD 21904. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
