Warehouse Picker/Packer

Our client is currently seeking or in need of a Warehouse Picker/Packer for their facility in Cockeysville, Maryland . This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or production setting and can help keep daily operations organized and moving efficiently. The right candidate will play a key part in supporting shipping preparation, inventory-related tasks, and general floor productivity while helping maintain accuracy throughout the workday. Bilingual Spanish-speaking talent is required for this role, along with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a dependable work ethic.

The Day-to-Day:

Support picking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment Assist with inventory handling and stock movement as needed Help with palletizing finished goods and organizing materials for distribution Perform basic warehouse duties to support daily production flow Maintain accuracy while working in a deadline-driven environment Communicate clearly with team members to help ensure smooth operations Identify and help resolve routine issues that may affect workflow or order completion Follow workplace procedures and safety expectations during all assigned tasks

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST Strong attention to detail Problem-solving mindset Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Previous warehouse, shipping, or production support experience is a plus Ability to work effectively as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills are preferred

Pay Rate:

$15.50 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00

PM Pay:

From $15.50 per hour
